Designed in consultation with many of Australia’s leading record management professionals One-2-One is a powerful yet easy to use classification management tool.

One-2-One features optional direct connection with records management software. This provides a capability to update permitted elements of the target classification structure, consistent with applicable business rules, even after records have been attached or profiled. Overcomes limitations associated with vendor import/export file processes and removes need to process such export/reimport operations.

Currently supporting Trim Context and OpenText eDocs [previously Hummingbird Enterprise (2004 or 2005)] and Termwise for Interwoven (from Trinogy Systems). Objective 7.2 support from Jan 2009. No need to export to transfer files then import and verify.

One-2-One is also being used for knowledge maps and other hierarchical classifications and controlled vocabulary applications.
